Weekly mileage update

I had another marathon week. The breakdown:

  • Monday, Aug. 18, 6.75 miles
  • Tuesday, Aug. 19, 6.75 miles
  • Thursday, Aug. 21, 6.75 miles
  • Friday, Aug. 22, 6.75 miles

Total: 27 miles. And Thursday, I set a new best time for myself for that 6.75-mile course: 51 minutes, 41 seconds. Still working up to the practice half-marathon. I know I can run it in under 2 hours. Ideally, I’d like to finish in 1:50. Maybe I’ll get some snazzy Pumas like Usain Bolt, and take it down to 1:40. Stay tuned.
